Cuban Adjustment Act
The Cuban Adjustment Act (CAA) is a unique immigration law that provides special immigration benefits to Cuban nationals and their qualifying family members. The CAA allows eligible Cuban nationals who have been physically present in the United States for at least one year to apply for lawful permanent residency (green card) and eventually become U.S. citizens.

TPS Renewals
Temporary Protected Status (TPS) is a temporary immigration benefit provided to individuals from certain countries affected by armed conflict, natural disasters, or other extraordinary conditions that temporarily prevent them from safely returning to their home countries. TPS allows eligible individuals to remain in the United States temporarily and obtain work authorization during the designated period of protection.

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
DACA is available for certain individuals who were brought to the United States as children and meet specific eligibility criteria. It provides temporary protection from deportation and work authorization, renewable in two-year increments.

Ethiopia (Valid through June 12, 2024)
Haiti (Extended through August 3, 2024)
Honduras (Extended until July 5, 2025)
Nepal (Extended until June 24, 2025)
Nicaragua (Extended until July 5, 2025)
Somalia (Extended until September 17, 2024)
South Sudan (Extended until May 3, 2025)
Sudan (Extended until April 19, 2025)
Syria (Extended until September 30, 2025)
Ukraine (Extended until April 19, 2025)
Venezuela (Extended until April 2, 2025)
Yemen (Extended until September 3, 2024)
